Me Adam Ginzburg

Criminal Lawyer & Founder

Me Adam Ginzburg

Me Adam Ginzburg is the founder and driving force behind Ginzburg Legal, known for delivering strong, strategic defences in even the most challenging criminal cases. From drug offences and assault charges to cybercrime, complex fraud, and impaired driving, he has successfully represented clients across a wide spectrum of criminal matters. Fearless in the courtroom, he thrives under the pressure of trial work and is relentless in protecting his clients’ rights.

Me Ginzburg has earned a reputation for his skill in defending first-time offenders—individuals with no prior criminal record whose reputations, careers, and futures are on the line. These cases demand not only legal excellence but also discretion, empathy, and a strategy tailored to safeguarding every aspect of a client’s life.

An accomplished advocate, he has been recognized with numerous awards for oral argumentation, such as at the International Oratory Competition of the American Bar Association as well as the prestigious George A. Gale Cup Moot, Canada’s top national advocacy competition.

Dedicated, meticulous, and passionate, Me Ginzburg works closely with every client from the very first meeting to the final resolution, ensuring they are informed, supported, and confident at every step of the process.

Me Ferial Charef

Criminal Lawyer

Me Ferial Charef

Me Ferial Charef fights for our clients when they need it most. She knows that facing a criminal charge means going up against the full force of the state—an overwhelming imbalance that can leave anyone feeling powerless. Her mission is clear: to defend our clients’ rights with vigor, restore balance, and ensure their voices are truly heard.

A determined and persuasive advocate, Me Charef has helped secure numerous acquittals thanks to her compelling courtroom presence and confident advocacy. She also excels in complex legal analysis, uncovering key details that can shift the outcome of a case.

Our clients value not only her expertise but also her humanity. In a justice system that can often feel cold and impersonal, she takes the time to listen, understand, and support each individual with empathy and determination.
A member of the Quebec Bar and fluent in French, English, and Arabic, Me Charef has also collaborated with Justice Canada on the National Training Project for Impact of Race and Cultural Assessments (IRCAs)—a groundbreaking initiative marking a major step forward in Canadian criminal justice.

Me Valérie Black St-Laurent

Her unwavering commitment to defending Charter rights has helped us secure numerous acquittals.

A recognized authority on racial profiling and wrongful convictions, Me Black St-Laurent is a sought-after speaker who has presented at important legal conferences, including those organized by the Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association and the Quebec Bar.
