In the morning, while concentrating on chakras and breathing in, you may visualize the healing energy is entering the chakra and the chakra and the corresponding part of the body are becoming brighter.
While exhaling, visualize the grayish dull energy is being expelled from the body.
You can also mentally request: “To the Supreme God (whatever is appropriate), thank you for healing my left shoulder...!”
