Practical Psychic Self-Defense

E-mail Print PDF

Developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui for the Pranic Healing and Practical Psychic-Self Defense¨ Courses, these techniques are provided to you by Master Stephen Co, Certified Master Pranic Healer and senior facilitator in the U.S.A.

Have you ever felt tired or drained after being in someone’s company? Or have you felt heavy and nauseous after listening to someone else’s problems? Has your body become ill after an angry person projected their anger and negativity towards you? These are all signs of energy contamination. You can eliminate and prevent them. You can practice psychic self-defense.. Before disease-causing germs, viruses and bacteria cause illness, disease-causing energies enter your energy field. A person becomes physically and psychologically sick because dirty and diseased energies have lingered in the energy field unchecked.

Below are simple techniques of Pranic Energetic Psychic Protection to prevent negative energies from entering your energy field:

•    You can start by closing the aura. Cross your arms and legs whenever you are in the presence of negative people. This simple technique shrinks and compresses the aura and makes it armor like in texture. You will feel very isolated and indifferent to others emotional outbursts.

•    You can also concentrate on your heart and crown energy centers. Visualize your hands projecting a combination of pink and gold energies to the angry or negative person. These special color pranas are the vibrations of personal love (pink) and Divine Love (gold). They neutralize the negative astral energies projected by an angry person. You may also simultaneously chant "Om Shanti Om" to calm your own emotions as well as shower them with the combination of Peace and Loving Energies. Most angry people will calm down after about 5-10 minutes of being smothered by these high frequencies. This technique also works well in calming down overactive children.

Pranic Breathing for De-stressing

E-mail Print PDF

Pranic Breathing"Pranic Healing" has its origin in time immemorial. Our ancient Rishis, Chinese Taoists, Tibetan Monks among others have been using 'Prana' or energy healing. The modern-day Pranic Healing, as founded and taught by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, is a way of life and teaches one about proper diet, exercises, proper human relationships, proper livelihood, life style and karma laws.

'Prana' is a Sanskrit word literally meaning "life-force", the invisible bio-energy or vital energy that keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. It is an invisible energy field that surrounds the body, also known as the "energy body" or "aura". In Yoga we call it the 'Pranamaya Kosha' as distinct from the physical body the "Annamaya Kosha". It is all around us (sun, air and earth). The fourth element is the Divine Prana, which is received by the healer through his spiritual cord, on the crown of his head.

Pranic Healing teaches us a form of yogic breathing technique that enables the practitioner to draw in a lot of 'prana' through the whole body from the surroundings, and utilize for attaining better health. It energises you to such an extent that your auras temporarily expand by 100% or more. The method is as follows:

1.    Connect your tongue to your palate.

2.    Do abdominal breathing.

3.    Inhale for seven counts and retain for one count.

4.    Exhale for seven counts and retain for one count.

In doing abdominal breathing, you expand your abdomen slightly when inhaling and contract your abdomen slightly when exhaling. Do not over-expand or over-contract your abdomen. Holding your breath after exhalation is called 'empty retention', and holding your breath after inhalation is called 'full retention'. It is critical to maintain the rhythm of counts while breathing and empty retention. It has been noted that there is a tremendous amount of prana rushing into all parts of the body when inhalation is done after empty retention.

The above four steps done once in sequence, make 1 cycle of pranic breathing. One is advised to do not more than 7 continuous cycles of Pranic breathing at any time, not more than thrice a day, for new practitioners. Pranic Breathing is an effective technique for de-stressing and speeding up recovery of the body from ailments and conditions.

Increasing One's Energy Level Through Pranic Healing

E-mail Print PDF

In his best seller international book "Miracles Through Pranic Healing", Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, modern founder of Pranic Healing, shares with us a simple, yet effective technique for improving one's energy levels. The technique is as follows...

One's pranic energy level can be increased temporarily and easily by simply bringing the tip of the tongue up to the palate (connecting the tongue to the palate). This has the effect of improving the connection between the back energy channels and the front energy channels thereby, improving and increasing pranic energy circulation. The aura expands in size. If this posture is held for over a minute, the energy levels of a person may increase multi-fold.

For instance, when the light is switched on, there is light. There is a connection. If the light is switched off, there is no light. In the same manner, when the tongue is connected to the palate, there is increased flow of pranic energy. When the tongue is not connected to the palate, there is decreased circulation of energy.

Connecting the tongue to the palate enables a healer to have more energy and makes healing more effective. This technique can also be used for reading, studying, meditating or other activities that require considerable energy.
